Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Amazon S3 Amazon Web Services Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda. Additionally experience in the Call Centres - Inbound domain is mandatory. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Amazon Web Services ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Implement and manage Amazon S3 storage solutions to support scalable and secure data management.Utilize Amazon Connect to create and manage contact center solutions that enhance customer experience.Integrate Amazon Lex to build conversational interfaces and chatbots for various applications.Deploy and manage AWS Lambda functions to enable serverless computing and streamline processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AWS-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Optimize system performance and ensure scalability by implementing best practices in cloud architecture.Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Amazon Web Services and its various components.Demonstrate expertise in Amazon S3 Amazon Connect Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda.Have experience in developing and managing call center solutions particularly in inbound call centers.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in coding languages and frameworks relevant to AWS services.Display excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
