- Zoom Phone deployment, support, and troubleshooting
- Cisco Voice (CUBE, Voice Gateways, SIP)
- Voice & Collaboration engineering 3+ years
- Global voice infrastructure support & implementation
- SIP trunks, SBCs, and telecom ISP management
- Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Poly, Cisco)
- SFDC Voice integration
- Production support and rollout experience
