Position Description:

• A senior-level Contact Center Engineer who can architect, implement, support, and enhance a global enterprise Cisco UCCE + NICE CXone environment, with strong expertise in call recording, speech analytics, routing, and dialer technologies.

The ideal candidate likely has:

• 712+ years in enterprise contact center engineering
• Strong Cisco UCCE background
• NICE CXone implementation experience
• Experience supporting large global contact centers
• Comfort with complex integrations
• Experience with financial services or regulated environments (bonus)
