Niagara Application Engineer

Experience : Overall experience of Min. 5 years

• 2 years of working core Niagara 4 platform remote engineering experience in automation & controls
• 3 - 5 years hands on experience with Niagara 4 system (Tridium / Trend Controls / Distech / Webs etc) on-site commissioning activities

Additional Qualifications (preferred):

• Energy Management / IoT activities within iBMS domain
• Niagara Analytics

Position : In office or on customer locations (Not Hybrid)

Location : Pune or Mumbai, India

Travel : 30 to 40%

Responsibilities :

• Niagara 4 wjresheet application Development for building management system and industrial automation with related integration.
• Solution deployment on-site with support of commissioning team
• Remote Engineering towards System design, solution architecting and remote commissioning
• L2 support and interface between OEM global tech support teams with RCA submissions to clients
• Setting up demo and internal training conduct for juniors / freshers / interns
• Proof of Concept setup and product capabilities demonstration at exhibitions / trade fairs / road shows
• Attend customer meetings, reverting back on client communication & work closely with the team to implement projects / service procedures.
• Weekly Meeting with clients management focusing on improvements / areas to improve upon and analysis on support delivered.
• Implementation of engineering standardisation and relative Documents
• Std or Custom Graphics development
• International on-site assignments of system commissioning
