Role Description

• Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) is the Risk Type Controller for 36 Risk Types (including the Level 1 Risk Types Operational Risk and Reputational Risk as well as Level 4 Risk Types such as e.g. Operational Disruption Response and Recovery, Cyber Security, Third Party Lifecycle etc.).
• You will work in NFRM Framework who is responsible for the L1 Risk Type Operational Risk and defines the framework and related Policy and Procedures. You will be part of the team that governs the overall NFRM Policy Portfolio and the Non-Financial Risk Type Taxonomy (NFRTT).

Your key responsibilities

You will be a Global Portfolio Owner Delegate (GPOD) for the NFRM Policy Portfolio. As such you will contribute to policy related activities:

• Ensure all NFRM owned Policies and Procedures are written in accordance with the bank-wide policy standards
• Monitor the regular update and publication, identify and solve problems and continuously improve the process
• Perform the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) Policy Deviation Process
• Generate Monthly KPI monitoring, and Quarterly report for regulator

You will support in the governance of the NFRTT. In this regard, you will contribute to the following activities:

• Maintain NFRTT artefacts up to date (NFRTT RTC Contacts List, Supporting Guidance and NFRTT Summary Excel file as well as the NFRTT SharePoint)
• Participate in the review and challenge of NFRTT changes received from Risk Type Controllers to ensure correctness and consistency across the NFRTT

Your skills and experience

Experience

• Experience in writing documents aligned with predefined formatting
• Experience of working on a time critical topics and working with group-wide counterparts
• Experience on ORMF topics

Competencies

• Passion for writing and reviewing Policies
• Excellent partnering and communication skills as well as stakeholder management combined with the ability to successfully navigate in a complex organization, build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the own and other teams
• Able to work as part of an international team, but also self-reliant
• Very Good working experience in MS Office (especially Word, but also PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
