Were hiring a Next.js Developer to join our in-house engineering team.

Youll help build a high-traffic, server-side rendered (SSR) web platform using Next.js (App Router) , React.js , and Tailwind CSS collaborating with our backend, full-stack, and design teams.

This isnt an agency or freelance role its a long-term, full-time position in a professional internal product team.

We care deeply about clean, modular code, performance, and scalability .

• Develop and maintain SSR/ISR web applications using Next.js and React.js
• Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs using Tailwind CSS or Shadcn/UI
• Integrate APIs (REST or GraphQL) and handle efficient data fetching
• Optimize for SEO, performance, and Core Web Vitals
• Collaborate with backend (Node.js) and full-stack developers for seamless API integration
• Work closely with the in-house UI/UX designer to translate Figma designs into reusable components
• Commit clean, maintainable, and documented code

• 23 years of experience with Next.js and React.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS , or Styled Components
• Experience with SSR/SSG in Next.js
• Skilled in API integration (REST/GraphQL)
• Familiar with Git/GitHub workflows
• Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization

• Experience with Node.js , Prisma , or PostgreSQL/MongoDB
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, CloudFront, EC2)
• Knowledge of Shadcn/UI or Framer Motion
• Understanding of clean architecture and reusable component design

• Full-time remote role (8 hours/day, MondayFriday)
• All developers use Time Champ for daily time and productivity tracking
• Collaboration via Slack, GitHub, and Notion
• Direct reporting to the founder and senior engineering team
