Responsibilities:

Develop andmaintainhigh-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications using Next.js and React.
Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Server Actions to enhance performance, scalability, and SEO.
Collaborate with cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams to deliver solutions that meet global client expectations.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, frontend best practices, and delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Architect and implement frontend solutions that are efficient, reliable, andfuture-proof.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring UI consistency and alignment with design specifications.
Identifyperformance bottlenecks andoptimizeapplications for speed and responsiveness.
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks, proposing innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Core Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
36 years of professional frontend development experience with a strong focus on Next.js and React.
Strongexpertisein Frontend Architecture and modern web application design.
Proficiencyin JavaScript (ES6+ concepts) and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with SSR, Server Actions, and modern Next.js features.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern styling libraries.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with exposure to PSM (Professional Scrum Master practices) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex frontend issues.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
