Required Skills:
Strong knowledge in Nexthink:
- Nexthink Query Language (NQL): Proficiency in NQL for creating and managing queries to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- API Integration: Experience with Nexthink APIs to integrate with third-party tools and automate workflows.
- Scripting and Automation: Skills in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell to automate tasks and enhance Nexthink functionalities.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Capability to utilize analytics insights to diagnose common Windows issues.
- Competence in troubleshooting application compatibility problems.
- Skill in recommending corrective actions to IT teams to remediate identified issues and improve end user experience.
Performance Optimization:
- Ability to identify trends and optimize performance across the Windows and Mac ecosystem.
