- Proficiency in Powershell script
- Proficiency in remote actions and Investigation for Monitoring
- Proficiency in Creating custom Dashboard for remote actions.
- Should have Knowledge on Usecase flow creation.
- Should have Knowledge on Graphical User Interface
- Should have Knowledge on REST Application Programmable Interface, Projects, Job Templates Role Based Access Control in Nexthink.
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure Operations Knowledge on tools like Gitlab, Github
Good-to-Have
- Scripting knowledge in Shell, Python Knowledge on Terraform
- Good knowledge in Powershell
