Job Description:
- Strong experience with Newgen ONE / iBPS / ECM
- BPM concepts, Case Management, and Workflow automation
- Java, JavaScript, SQL (Oracle / MS SQL)
- REST / SOAP integrations
- XML, XSLT, API handling
- Understanding of document lifecycle and content management
Good to Have
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience
- Exposure to RPA, Digital Forms, OmniDocs
- Performance tuning and production support experience
- ITIL / Agile delivery exposure
