• Lead R&D, packaging & design to bring products to life.
• Manage timelines, testing, and regulatory compliance to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
• Keep an eye on global beauty movements and adapt them for our market.
• Leverage global supplier & manufacturer networks to source innovative formulations, packaging, and technologies while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and scalability.

• 45 years of experience in product development within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Strong understanding of formulations, ingredients, and packaging.
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and consumer preferences.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for beauty, with a finger on the pulse of trends and innovations.
