Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Engineer at our Indore location. The role involves designing and developing new products, conducting research and development activities, and improving production processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility, functionality, and efficiency of new and existing products. You will play a vital part in identifying innovative solutions and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications

Background in Mechanical Engineering and a strong understanding of engineering principles.
Experience in Product Development, Research and Development (R&D), and Product Design.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results under deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and modeling, such as CAD or similar applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; a master's degree is a plus.
