New Product Design and Development

Were building beautiful things. And we need a designer whos hungry.

Im looking for a Product / Packaging Designer (23 years experience) to join us full-time in Mumbai (Ghatkopar West behind R City)

At Jell Pharmaceuticals & Pan Aromas, were creating personal care, cleaning, and fragrance-led lifestyle products from everyday essentials to occasion-based minis and gifting formats.

This is not a sit quietly and execute role.

This is a lets build, experiment, prototype and launch role.

Youll work directly with me on:

New product concepts from scratch

Packaging design (bottles, jars, labels, cartons, gifting formats)

Mini formats & festive ranges

Material exploration & finishes

Making sure what we design can actually be printed & manufactured

What Im looking for:

23 years experience in packaging design

Exposure to FMCG / personal care / fragrance products is a big plus

Strong sense of aesthetics & brand

Understanding of materials and practical printing processes

Someone curious, fast, and excited by trends

Someone who wants ownership, not just tasks

This is a full-time, onsite role (MondaySaturday).

You should be comfortable visiting factories and suppliers when needed because great designers understand how things are made.
