What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates who have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing network of any reputed organization with at least 3 years in any one of the following.
• Level- 2 resource in an organization in the business of providing Network Services.
• As TAC resource of an OEM (in the field of network security devices such as firewall, IPS etc.)
• Experience in managing network operation and management for any organization in BFSI sector.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
• CCNP or equivalent certification.
• Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role).

Required Experience:

• Moderate level of relevant managed services experience.
• Moderate level knowledge in ticketing tools preferably Service Now.
