Exp : 8yrs to 12yrs

3+ years of equivalent work experience.
Experience with engineering and administrating the Webex suite of products.
Possess an intermediate level of IP networking knowledge.
Strong hands-on technical skills, an analytical problem-solving mindset, delivery focus and client-orientation are all critical for this role.
Experience implementing and administrating with Cisco video devices
Experience working with Cisco cloud providers for telephony.
Familiarity with analyzing usage of workspaces, devices, and calling.
Experience working with the Webex app for laptops and mobile devices.
Experience with new office / company integrations, able to identify requirements to implement in Webex.
