Hands on experience with troubleshooting Avaya Unified Communication Platform TCIP (IP Networking) Support of core PBX Technology and related VOIP Networks.
• Should have good understanding of basic Telephony Aspects like TFN, Toll Number, DID, ANI, DNIS, etc.
• Candidate should have Hands-on knowledge on Telephony Platform like AVAYA/Genesys/AWS Connect
• Should have good understanding of Uniform Dial Plan, AAR & ARS.
• Basic understanding of IP & TDM based Architecture.
• Basic understanding of Verint Call Recording.
• Should willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
Technical Skills
Primary Skill (Must to Have)
- Avaya PBX, Amazon Connect , Genesys Cloud Platform
- Minimum 1 year hands on experience.
