Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for configuring and maintaining networking devices such asCisco routers ,Peplink devices , andRuckus access points .
• Support the setup and management ofDHCP andDNS servers to handle large-scale networks.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and networking issues, from connectivity problems to server-related concerns.
• Manage and monitor Wi-Fi network performance using tools likeSolarWinds andNagios .
• Ensure thatnetwork security measures are in place, including configuringVPNs ,VLANs , and secure Wi-Fi access protocols.
• Update firmware and software for networking equipment, ensuring security patches are applied promptly.
• Useticketing tools (e.g.,Jira ,Zoho ,ServiceNow ) for logging and tracking network incidents, service requests, and escalations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience innetwork support oradministration , particularly withCisco ,Peplink , andRuckus equipment.
• Experience working withDHCP ,DNS , andAAA services.
• Knowledge of basicserver management , Windows .
• Strong troubleshooting skills with network performance and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Experience withWi-Fi security and optimization, includingWPA3 and802.1X authentication .
• Experience withticketing tools likeZoho ,ServiceNow , orJira to track service tickets and network issues.
