Network Support Analyst

About the Role

As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join our Service Management Centre team in Hyderabad. This role operates within a follow-the-sun support model, collaborating with teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Reporting to a local manager, the NOC Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving critical support incidents for global customer base. Our customers depend on our global network, hosted infrastructure, and cybersecurity services to run their businesses successfully, making this a highly visible and impactful role.

This position requires a strong commitment to service quality, incident responsiveness, change management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

As a NOC Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Providing daily operational support and maintenance of all client's infrastructure
• Monitoring system availability and performance to minimize downtime and optimize service delivery
• Supporting customer requirements while targeting a 99.9% service availability SLA
• Troubleshooting network-related incidents and performing root cause analysis
• Collaborating with Level 3 technical teams supporting Data Centre Hosting, Cloud, and Network services
• Participating in technology projects across datacentre, network, and cloud domains
• Creating, maintaining, and improving support and operational documentation
• Contributing to incident management, change control, and standard customer provisioning activities

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• 25 years of experience in a network operations or support environment
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on service excellence
• Experience with incident and change management in an IP services environment
• Familiarity with network monitoring and resource management tools such as:

Cacti

MRTG

SolarWinds

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills with the ability to work under pressure

Technical exposure to some or all of the following is advantageous:

• Cisco Meraki and ASA firewalls
• Juniper hardware
• VMware solutions
• Nutanix hardware
• Microsoft Enterprise Suite

Desirable:

• Experience supporting large international networks in a global, multi-location business
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, JNCIA, VCA, or Microsoft certifications
