Network SME -Cisco & Meraki

Location : Bangalore and Chennai

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network SME with 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructures using Cisco and Meraki technologies .

The SME will be responsible for network architecture, routing & switching, wireless, SD-WAN, security integrations, and performance optimization across multi-site or hybrid cloud environments. This role will support operations, troubleshooting, migrations, and modernization initiatives while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of the enterprise network.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst/Nexus)
• Cisco Wireless
• Cisco/Meraki SD-WAN
• Meraki MX, MR, MS, Dashboard administration
• Expertise in routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, static routing.
• Strong understanding of:
• VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP
• QoS
• DNS/DHCP
• VPN, IPsec tunnels
• IPv4/IPv6
• Ability to design and troubleshoot campus and branch networks.
• Ability to document and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco certifications: CCNA, CCNP (Enterprise), Meraki CMNA/ECMS1/ECMS2 .
• Experience with:
• Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center
• Load balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler)
• Firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto optional)
• SASE/ZTNA concepts
• Experience in multi-site, distributed enterprise environments.
