Technical Skills
Primary Skills:
- Firewall Platforms: Palo Alto (PA Series), Fortinet FortiGate (F Series), Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point
- Panorama / FortiManager / FMC experience
- VPN: GlobalProtect, AnyConnect, IPsec Tunnels, SSL VPN
- HA: Active/Passive, Cluster deployments
- Threat Prevention, IPS/IDS, AntiMalware, URL Filtering
- Cloud Firewalls: Azure/AWS security groups, virtual firewalls
- Network fundamentals: routing, switching, BGP/OSPF basics
Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL and ticketing tools
- Experience in security audits and rule cleanup
- Monitoring tools: SolarWinds, Panorama Monitor, FortiAnalyzer
- Good understanding of SDWAN security
