Network Security Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Preferred Location : Chennai

1. Administer, Maintain and Support Email security, enforce anti-phishing, DMARC/SPF/DKIM, and DLP policies.
2. Provide support to secure cloud environments (Azure) using guardrails, encryption (TLS, CMK), Private Link, and NSGs.
3. Design and manage network security controls (NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, NDR) and enforce segmentation.
4. Administer Prisma SASE for secure remote access and Zero Trust enforcement.
5. Configure and maintain Cisco ISE for NAC, posture assessment, and dynamic VLAN assignments.
6. Operate vulnerability management tools (Defender/Qualys), prioritize remediation, and track SLA compliance.
7. Prepare monthly executive security reports and recommend tuning/optimizing security systems.
8. Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements; drive continuous improvement.
9. Serve as an escalation point for handling complex network security issues and incidents.
10. Provide support to Monitor and troubleshoot issues across multi-vendor security platforms including:
11. Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ASA and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cloudflare WAF/DNS/SASE solutions, Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, Firewall Policy Management, PKI Infrastructure and Certificate Lifecycle Management
12. Implement firewall rules, NAT policies, and access control changes in compliance with security policies.
13. Support security reviews and audits by providing technical documentation and evidence.
14. Participate in the creation and upkeep of SOPs and runbooks.
15. Coordinate with engineering and vendor teams for major incidents and escalations.
16. Assist in onboarding new systems into monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentinel).
17. Handle change requests, upgrades, and patching activities in production environments.

Support PKI infrastructure by managing certificates and related configurations.
