Network and Cybersecurity Lead -15+years-Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Network & Cybersecurity Lead with strong expertise in enterprise networking and advanced cybersecurity practices. This role is ideal for a senior IT professional with 15+ years of experience who has evolved from hands-on network engineering into security governance, risk management, and enterprise-wide cyber defense leadership. You will drive security strategy, strengthen infrastructure resilience, and ensure compliance across complex, large-scale IT environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement enterprise-wide network and cybersecurity strategy
2. Govern security architecture including firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, DNS, VPN, and perimeter controls
3. Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat mitigation initiatives
4. Develop and enforce policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC2, and regulatory standards
5. Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure cloud and on-prem infrastructure

Requirements :

1. 15+ years of total IT experience with 3+ years in dedicated cybersecurity roles
2. Strong hands-on expertise in firewalls, IPS/IDS, DNS, WAF, routing & switching, VPNs
3. Experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud
4. Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
5. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and incident response capabilities
