Role: Network Security

Location: Bangalore, Pune

Experience: 4-12

Must Have:

Expert-level knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies and protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, STP).

Proven expertise in data center architecture and design, including fabric design, virtualization (VXLAN, OTV, vPC), and micro-segmentation strategies.

Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and Nexus platforms (9k, 7k, 5k).

In-depth, hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower (FTD), and Firepower Management Center (FMC).

Proven expertise in Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, specifically Cisco ISE, including 802.1X, MAB, and posture assessment.

Strong understanding of security principles, including IDS/IPS, VPN (IPsec, SSL), encryption protocols, and endpoint security.

Experience with network monitoring, packet capture analysis (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump), and SIEM tools.

Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus.

Knowledge of cloud networking concepts and hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure)."""
