Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Security Engineer, based in Bangalore Urban. The Network Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructure. Daily tasks include managing network security protocols, monitoring potential cybersecurity threats, configuring firewalls and other security tools, and resolving networking issues. The role also involves collaborating with the IT team to ensure robust information security practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
• Expertise in Network Security and Cybersecurity practices
• Experience in Information Security and implementation of security measures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and address vulnerabilities
• Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and secure network protocols
• Ability to stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CCNA/CCNP Security are a plus
