Network Security Engineer

Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in network security with a focus on firewall, VPN, and IPS technologies.
• Strong knowledge of firewall and VPN technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA, Juniper, OpenVPN, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IPS systems and protocols (e.g., Snort, Suricata, etc.).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network protocols.
• Experience with network security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Familiarity with network security best practices, including security policies, incident response, and threat detection.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and security issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good to Have:

• Certification in network security (e.g., CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
• Experience with cloud-based network security solutions (e.g., AWS Security, Azure Security).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and configuration.
