Role Summary

Lead and manage complex technology delivery projects with a strong focus on enterprise network security, including Fortinet firewall solutions. Drive endtoend project execution, coordinate crossfunctional teams, and ensure delivery of highquality technical outcomes aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control technology projects with emphasis on security infrastructure and network implementations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (network engineers, security specialists, operations, QA) through project lifecycles.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, internal leadership, and client teams for requirements, status updates, and escalations.

Security & Technical Management

• Oversee design, implementation, and support of Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and associated security platforms (Forti Manager / Forti Analyzer).
• Define and enforce firewall policies, access controls, and security standards.
• Ensure configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and secure connectivity across LAN/WAN/VPN environments.
• Support assessments, vulnerability mitigation, and compliance requirements.

CrossFunctional Integration

• Collaborate with network, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to align firewall/security projects with broader enterprise architecture.
• Ensure integration of security designs with routing/switching and SDWAN where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvements and deliver technical guidance to engineers and operational teams.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on all projectrelated activities.
• Present project deliverables, architecture designs, status reports, and technical briefs to leadership and clients.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and golive readiness reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 812 years of IT experience, with strong emphasis on network security and firewall management.
• Proven experience with Fortinet FortiGate devices (policy design, rule implementation, NAT/VPN, troubleshooting).
• Working knowledge of routing & switching, TCP/IP, VPN protocols, and secure network architecture.
• Experience with Forti Manager / Forti Analyzer and centralized security monitoring tools is preferred.
