Network Security Engineer

Role:- Network Security Admin

Responsibilities:-

• Technology/OEM : Hands-on experience on IPS/IDS or UTM Firewalls
• WAF ( Web-Application-Firewalls) like F5, Imperva, Radware
• Web-Proxy solutions like Zscaler, Forcepoint or McAfee
• Network Access control ( NAC ) solutions like Cisco ISE or Forcescout
• AAA / TACACS solutions like Cisco, Mini-Orange etc.
• Understanding of HTTP protocol and web applications and API security.

Expertise and skills:-

• In designing new solutions with industry best security standards
• Security assessment of existing infra and recommend actions to close security gaps.
• Regular review of Firewall/IPS rules to optimize the same to meet high security score without affecting application uptime/performance.
• Working experience on WAF (Web-Application-Firewall), NAC, Web-Proxy and URL/Content filtering.
• In management of NAC to ensure pre-auth and post-auth security of network end users from LAN, wi-fi and remote-VPN.
• Facing internal and regulatory audits

Relevant/Total Experience: -

• Min 4-5 years of experience in IT (or InfoSec ) team of Banks.
• 8-12 years of Total experience in IT Network & Security infra management

Skills & Competencies: -

• Technical graduation, B.E or B.Tech or B.SC, BCA
• Certifications in Info security eg. CEH, CISM, CompTIA CASP+ etc.
• Strong analytical skills in handling application/network security related incidents
• Well versed with best security practices
• Sound knowledge of regulatory standards like PCI-DSS, HIPPA, SOX etc.
