Job Description
Location: BangaloreExperience: 8–10 yearsJoin us in shaping the future of enterprise networking. As a Network Specialist, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that designs, implements, and supports robust communication networks for our clients. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies including Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint, and F5 Load Balancers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across complex infrastructures.Your RoleAs a Network Specialist, you will:Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint, and F5 technologies.Provide senior-level support for network services including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and ISE.Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 3 issues escalated from support teams.Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.Create and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams and policies.Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Provide on-call support during escalations and emergencies, including weekends and holidays when required.Your Profile8–10 years of experience in business network and communication platforms.Cisco certification is mandatory (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent).Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise devices.Familiarity with MPLS, VRF, VPN, and security technologies.Experience with FortiGate, Juniper firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Cisco Nexus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience in customer-facing or service-provider environments is a plus.What You’ll Love About Working HereExposure to advanced networking technologies and enterprise-grade infrastructure.Opportunities to lead and mentor within a collaborative team environment.Flexible work arrangements and a culture that values work-life balance.Continuous learning and certification support in emerging technologies.
