About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Network & Security Architect OT/IT Smart Manufacturing to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and compliant network architectures for modern smart manufacturing environments.

This role is critical for ensuring robust cybersecurity across industrial automation systems, connected devices, OT/IT convergence , and enterprise networks in continuous process industries .

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

• Design and deploy secure network architectures for OT and IT environments in smart manufacturing.
• Develop segmentation strategies including DMZ , secure zones, micro-segmentation, and OT/IT boundary control.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience , and operational safety in network and security designs.

Security Protocols & Industry Standards

• Implement and maintain modern security protocols: TLS, IPSec, SSH, SNMPv3 , and more.
• Ensure adherence to global standards: IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR , OT cybersecurity frameworks.
• Define and enforce Zero-Trust security models , DMZ categorization, and policies for data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Conduct risk assessments , vulnerability analysis, and threat modeling for OT/IT systems.
• Develop strategies to ensure regulatory compliance , audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance processes for OT cybersecurity operations and monitoring.
