Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development for enterprise networking solutions, including Switching, Routing, Wireless, Network Security, and related technologies.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities across enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand market presence and revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with OEM partners, distributors, and internal presales/technical teams to design and position competitive solutions.
  • Lead customer meetings, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations to successfully close opportunities.
  • Track sales opportunities, update CRM systems regularly, and report progress through internal review processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in enterprise networking sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies (Switching, Routing, Wireless, Network Security).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
