Act as a service fulfillment and program SME and be accountable for tracking and reporting performance measurements and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client. Deliver business value to the project and work with clients on performance and process optimization.

Summary: As a Configuration Database & CI Management specialist in the Infrastructure Technology Support team, you will be responsible for designing specialist solutions in line with business needs. Your typical day will involve acting as a service fulfillment and program SME, tracking and reporting performance measurements and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client, and delivering business value to the project while working with clients on performance and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: - 1. Asset and CMDB Updates. 2. Service request management for IMAC tickets. 3. Discovery and Asset inventory reconciliation. 4. Gap analysis and reporting. 5. Scheduled Reporting. 6. Maintain currency on policy and process documents. 7. Track lease and warranty data in support of refresh as well as end of life processes. Technical Experience: - Strong knowledge on ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera Professional Attributes: - 1. Minimum 4 plus years of experience ServiceNow. 2. Minimum 5 plus years of experience in IT asset / CMDB management. 3.
