Project Role : Network Operations Representative
Project Role Description : Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : Network Infrastructure, Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide Tier 2 Network Operations support during operational incidents 3 Maintains current network infrastructure and leverages the manufacturer for advanced support 4 Maintains high network availability for redundancy and resilience 5 Understands and accounts for peak load; manages peak load events 6 Follows Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for operational efficiency 7 Optimizes, implements and monitors network performance 8 Maintains and reacts to Enterprise-grade network monitoring system Technical Experience : 1: Candidate should have 5 to 7 years experience in network operations support 2: Assists in the deployment of network equipment for new office build outs, domestically and internationally 3: Assists in the deployment of WAN circuits, including MPLS VPNs and P2P/IPsec circuits 4: Review and audit router ACLs for user access 5: Manages the wireless infrastructure, from implementation and optimization to daily operational Professional Attributes : 1: Develops and maintains knowledge of Incident Management Tools, Knowledge Management tools and of the monitoring procedures and business environment 2: Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance and is receptive to constructive feedback
