Project Role Description : Utilize industry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients. Implement and stabilize client network processes, maximize client operations, or uncover opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and optimize business processes. Develop industry expertise or standard network frameworks (e.g. e-TOM) to improve client business functions like network planning and operations, order management, provisioning, test and install and service assurance etc.

Summary: As a Network Operations Advisor, you will utilize your industry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients. Your typical day will involve implementing and stabilizing client network processes, maximizing client operations, and uncovering opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize business processes. You will also develop industry expertise and standard network frameworks to improve client business functions like network planning and operations, order management, provisioning, test and install, and service assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain network processes to ensure smooth operations. - Identify areas for improvement in client network functions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network enhancements. - Analyze network data to identify trends and patterns. - Provide recommendations for optimizing network performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, Python (Programming Language), Shell Scripting. - Experience with network planning and operations. - Strong understanding of network frameworks (e.g. e-TOM). - Knowledge of order management, provisioning, and service assurance. - Familiarity with network testing and installation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A: 15 years of full-time education is required.
