Location: Noida (Remote Initially)

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Rotational Week Off)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound professionals with 624 months of experience in IT / Network Infrastructure Monitoring to join our team as CSA & TAP Network Monitoring (L1).

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E / B.Tech (ECE / CSE / EEE / EIC)
• B.Tech (Computer Science / IT)
• MCA / BCA
• B.Sc (Computer Science)
• 624 months of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure & Network Monitoring
• WAN Network Management
• Enterprise-level NMS / Helpdesk Tools
• L1 Network Support & Incident Handling
• Basic troubleshooting of routing and switching issues

Technical Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
• CCNA trained or equivalent networking knowledge
• Understanding of Enterprise Monitoring Tools
• Basic WAN & LAN troubleshooting skills

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal & written English communication
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 environment)
