Desired Experience Range: 20 - 25 years

Location of Requirement: Delhi / Gurgaon

Must-Have:

• Lead the architecture, development and deployment of scalable network management solutions, ensuring high availability performance, and security across global infrastructure
• Experienced programmer in C/C++, multithread, TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, IPC, SIP, RTP handling, Diameter and Socket programming
• Experience in hands on programming in C/C++, multithread, Network Management and Analytics layer.
• Good understanding of 3GPP based call flows, 4G Core/ IMS components, 3GPP protocol stack
• Experience in hands on programming in C/C++, multithread, Network Management and Analytics layer
• Development and testing of 3GPP LTE EPC Core / 5G NSA Core layers, protocols and access point
• Oversee end – to -end design and development of network management platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and integration with existing IT ecosystems
• Lead a team of developers and engineers to implement advanced automation, monitoring, and analytics solutions that enhance network performance, fault detection and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (IT operations, security and product teams) to define network management strategies. Prioritize feature development and ensure timely delivery of high- quality solutions
