Network Lead

Position: Lead Network Manager

Reports to: CTO, Thermax Limited

Role in short:

The Lead Network Manager will design, build, and maintain company networks across all Thermax locations. This includes managing a team , working with vendors , ensuring network security , and supporting business operations .

Key Responsibilities (Highlights)

• Network Design & Implementation: Build scalable, secure networks for factories & offices.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and review network engineers/admins (in-house & outsourced).
• Vendor Management: Work with OEMs, AMC partners, and communication providers .
• Network Maintenance & Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, upgrade, and secure networks.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT Infra, Admin, vendors, stakeholders .
• Project Management: Deliver network projects on time & budget.
• Network Security: Apply protocols, audits, risk mitigation, incident handling .
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain network diagrams, configs, reports .

Qualifications (Highlights)

• Education: Bachelors in IT/CS.
• Experience: 1015 yrs (3+ yrs leadership).
• Skills: SD-WAN, Firewalls, Communication, Cloud & Hybrid Networking, ICS/OT.
• Certifications: CCNA/CCNP/CISSP (preferred).
• Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication .
