Network Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Lead Network Infra Support & operations, will be responsible to execute operations of Network, Datacenter & support with a primary focus on Network Availability and Security for HO/RO/ZO office networks to maintain BFIL business functions UPTIME and maintain network security.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Network operations: Day-to-day network operations with team members in the IT Department of the organization. Routing & Switching, UTM, Dynamic Routing Protocols, LAN & WAN protocols. Knowledge of Datacenter network implementation & integrations and latest wireless technologies.
• Data center network operations: Troubleshooting systems issues and interfacing with application providers, data center teams, and systems vendors on support issues. Co-ordinate with Data center vendor, OEM partners and other stake holders to address Network support & operational issues.
• Network Security operations: Incident and problem management as L1/L2 support, filing RCAs. Implementing Change Management, presenting impact analysis to CAB/Management approvals to implement changes. Knowledge in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, intrusion detection and incident response. Implementing fixes for audit observations (including regulatory audits)
• Office Network support & Management: Work towards maintaining uptime & performance of IT networking infrastructure including LAN & WAN setup in Data Centre & DR, Wired & Wireless LAN setup, WAN connectivity for RO/ZO Offices located across the country, Network setup for Head Office and Regional Offices.
