(Specialization: Windows & Intel-based Enterprise Systems)

The tenure is for five months and is expected to be extended.

Responsibilities :

1) Same as WinTel role with regional context: support Wintel infrastructure.

2) Implement and monitor services.

3) Ensure high availability and compliance

Technical Skills & Requirements

1) Strong hands-on experience with Wintel technologies

2) Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments.

3) Experience with Microsoft Exchange administration and support.

4) Knowledge of High Availability (HA) solutions.

5) Understanding of regulatory compliance in IT infrastructure.

6) Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications.

7) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills

1) Good communication and coordination skills.

2) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3) Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

4) Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Relevant certifications (Microsoft / ITIL preferred).

2) Experience working in enterprise or large-scale IT environments.
