Network Infra Support – 24/7

Department: IT Infrastructure - Network

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational Day/Night (Supporting US Clients; employees will rotate weekly between day and night shifts, not permanently assigned to night shift)

Voice Infrastructure

Administer and maintain Avaya IP Office / Aura / CM / Session Manager platforms .

Configure and troubleshoot DID numbers, SIP trunks, call routing, voicemail, hunt groups, and user profiles.

Coordinate with telecom vendors for provisioning and activation.

Monitor voice quality and resolve call-related issues.

Network Infrastructure

Configure and manage Layer 2/3 switches and routers (Cisco Catalyst )

Implement and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.

Perform network performance monitoring and diagnostics.

Support network segmentation and access control policies.

Security & Firewall (Fortinet)

Administer FortiGate firewalls including policy creation, NAT, VPN (IPSec/SSL), and web filtering.

Monitor and optimize deep inspection, certificate deployment, and threat protection.

Assist in managing FortiClient EMS.

Perform regular firewall audits and rule reviews.
