• Education: B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Industry: Telecom Only
• Experience : 8-10 years (Relevant experience in facility management, O&M, or telecom infrastructure is preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Large Facility Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to manage utility systems and network facilities. The role involves ensuring high uptime, safety compliance, and efficient operations of large telecom facilities.

Key Responsibilities -:

• Coordinate with core teams for resolution of critical operational issues.
• Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities.
• Monitor, track, and close utility alarms within defined SLA timelines.
• Record and analyze power consumption of utility equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly project progress reports.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.
• Perform Level-2 troubleshooting and rectification of utility equipment.
• Manage large facility operations and projects as per SLA requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of utility equipment and facility systems.
• Understanding of energy management and optimization practices.
• Knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) and fire safety policies.
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Sound technical orientation and operational expertise.
