Job Description:

Domain knowledge in Networks / Firewall and ITSM process & implementation

Alignment of processes with business requirement

Joining and Driving the p1/P2 calls and enable resources for quick resolution.

Managing Day to Day operational issues

Maintaining channel of internal & external reporting

Good written & Verbal communication skills

Escalation Management

Good reporting/MIS & analytical skills

Experience of managing NOC environment

Responsibility for Induction of new joinees within first week

Responsibility to Audit the team's ticket status to ensure timely & proper closure of the tickets

Ensure Daily, Weekly & Monthly governance meetings

Vendor Performance- Weekly & Monthly meetings with vendors along with performance dashboard to discuss the SLA's & SIP's

Quarterly review & updating the process documents along with version control

Weekly roster planning & shift availabilities

Ensuring proper communication & updates during any incident

Tracking the incidents till closures

Maintaining channel of communication between EXL & ENOC team Process defining & adherence

SPOC for ENOC Program- Complete ownership for the overall performance of the program

Generating Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports

Adherence for meeting the SLA against the SLA and quality metrics document

Ensuring complete documentation & reports from L1/L2/L3

Ensuring timely circulation of Analysis report for all major incidents

Driving and Participation in P1 incidents / conference calls for tracking and faster closure

Analyzing the skill gaps and planning the required trainings and report in SIP.

Ensuring the Network & Process related documents are timely updated and ready for reference ( Monthly Audit )

Ensuring teams participation in Transformation and adoption for any automation/new tools introduction for Network Infrastructure "
