Network Engineer

Job Title: Network Engineer

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Pune

Requirements:

• Have hands-on experience on Palo Alto firewall as well as Panorama. Experience in installing, configuring, managing multivendor firewall. Checkpoint firewall experience would be a plus.
• Experience in Palo Alto firewall migration from Checkpoint and ASA.
• Implement best practices for Palo Alto Networks Firewall Deployment and Operations.
• Configuration and Management of LAN, WAN and Wireless infrastructure. Meraki Wireless experience would be a Plus.
• Campus and branch LAN, WAN network connectivity design experience would be a plus.
• General networking technologies, including routing (BGP/OSPF/Static), DNS/DHCP, DMZ design.
• In-depth knowledge of generally accepted security methods, concepts, and techniques.
• Analysis, planning, modification and maintenance of the network and security components, including network monitoring systems.
• Management of all security equipment supporting the enterprise for both project and operational requirements.
• Capable of collaborating with stakeholders and project leaders to understand requirements, deliverables, and set expectations for deliverables
• Manage effective relationships and work in partnership with various IT and business teams, vendors, etc., for the implementation and support of network infrastructure products and services
• Create, and update documentation on new or existing platforms that include equipment lists/diagrams, and system specifications
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE);
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Experience with: Palo Alto and/or Checkpoint Firewalls
• Experience with: Cisco, Meraki, and/or Dell Switches
• Experience with: SD-WAN and SSE core technology
