· Install, configure and troubleshoot data center networking devices. · Install and maintain network hardware and software. · Analyze and resolve Network Incidents/Problems and Service Requests. · Determine network and system requirements and identify user needs. · Design and deploy networks aligned with business goals and needs. · Create and maintain internal technical documentation. · Maintain and improve monitoring infrastructure
