Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)

Monitor network performance and ensure system availability

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues

Implement network security policies and firewall configurations

Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for smooth operations

Maintain documentation of network architecture and updates

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN

Experience with Cisco / Fortinet / Sophos devices preferred

Understanding of network security and firewall management

Ability to handle escalations and critical downtime situations

Good communication and coordination skills
