Network Engineer is a member of the Managed Support Services Team.

This role reports to the Supervisor, Remote Support and is located in Katowice, Poland.

You will be responsible for:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot OT/IT networks;
• Answer customer queries via phone, email, chat and ticketing system;
• Complete complex requests based on the requirements;
• Perform audits and checks of the infrastructure;
• Perform firmware upgrades;
• Answer escalation queries;
• Assistance for engineers.

Requirements:

• Excellent networking skills:
• Very good LAN Networking knowledge,
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Catalyst Series switches, DELL and ARUBA switches,
• Knowledge of networking design standards and best practices,
• Experience with firewall devices.
• Cisco equipment knowledge (Catalyst series, Industrial Ethernet, ASA/Firepower, FMC).
• Expertise in the cybersecurity area:
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Cisco CCNA /or CCNP certification;
• VMware vSphere knowledge;
• Experience working with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019;
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering or related;
• Industrial Automation basics.
