Certification: F5-301 (Must be certified or willing to complete before joining)

Required Technical Expertise (Must-Haves):

7+ Years Experience: Deep focus on network support, configuration, and global implementation.
Core Networking: Advanced proficiency in Core Switching, Routing, MPLS, and Firewalls.
ADC Management: 7+ years managing and monitoring Load Balancers (F5, Citrix).
Security Standards: Expert understanding of Web Security technology, WAF, and OWASP compliance.
Incident Management: Ability to lead and troubleshoot complex, high-priority incidents.
Architecture: Experience in engineering support across local, regional, and global domains.

Preferred Experience (The "Extra Edge"):

ACI Deployment: Hands-on experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure.
SDN Expertise: Proven track record in Software Defined Networking for large-scale environments.
Advanced Protocols: Deep familiarity with BGP, OSPF, MP-BGP EVPN, VXLAN, and VPC.
Data Center Scale: Experience managing large-scale, high-complexity data center networks.
