Network Engineer L2

Experience- 6+ Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer with strong expertise in routing, switching, and wireless technologies . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Cisco or Aruba environments and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network environments
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routing & switching infrastructure
• Manage and support wireless networks (Cisco/Aruba)
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Work closely with teams for issue resolution
• Participate in network changes, upgrades, and documentation
• Ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction are met

Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Strong knowledge of Routing Protocols
• Hands-on experience with Switching concepts
• Solid understanding of Wireless technologies
• Experience in troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and WLAN issues
• Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing tools

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
