Job Description

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching technologies of 3 to 4 years. Thorough knowledge of Networking, OSI Layers • Thorough knowledge of Network security concepts, secure network design/deployments • Hands-on experience with working on Firewall, IPS, Security management, Routers, and Switches Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP), Routing Protocols, IP addressing and subnetting, VLANs Experience with firewalls, internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools. CCNA or CCNP certifications is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA, Change/Release Management. Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now, remedy will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
