Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveNetwork Engineerto design, deploy, and manage our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is central to ensuring high availability, security, and performance across our global communication platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in cloud networking, network security, and VoIP/Unified Communications and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Architect and manageVoIP and Unified Communicationssystems, ensuring high call quality, uptime, and seamless integration with contact center platforms.
• Deploy and administercloud networkingsolutions across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP including VPCs, transit gateways, peering, and hybrid connectivity.
• Implement and enforcenetwork securitypolicies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, zero-trust architecture, and access controls.
• Monitor network performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and lead root cause analysis for incidents.
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and application teams to support infrastructure requirements for new products and platforms.
• Maintain thorough documentation of network topology, configurations, and change management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and support internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 36 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in configuring and managingrouters, switches, and firewalls(Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience withVoIP protocols(SIP, RTP, H.323) and UC platforms (Cisco UCM, Avaya, Genesys, or similar).
• Solid understanding ofcloud networkingon at least one major platform AWS (VPC, Direct Connect), Azure (ExpressRoute, VNet), or GCP.
• Strong knowledge ofnetwork security principles firewall rule management, VPN tunnels, NAC, and threat mitigation.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and observability tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, or similar).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Advanced Networking, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience supportingBPO, contact center, or customer experienceenvironments.
• Exposure to automation and scripting for network tasks (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and MPLS circuits.
