Network And Streaming Support Engineer

We are looking for a freshers or unto 1 year experience for Network and support engineer related to our products. Technical support activity is related to our live webcasting and streaming cloud services for enterprise, government and education segment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site or remote support with our application for live streaming of online meeting.
• Discuss the meeting flow with cutomers and make him aware.
• For physical event, its required to go to the venue for live streaming services.
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• All type of training and support will be provided from our side.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills on Hindi,English,gujatari
• Dedication for work and good time management.
• Familiarity with internet based services and basic knowledge is required.
• Good command on system management and video meeting application like - zoom, google meet etc

Job Type: On Site from our Head office in Ahmedabad

Salary: As per the industry standard and past experience
